kidscommions museum has reopened

The kidscommons children’s museum has reopened.

The facility at 309 Washington St. in downtown Columbus had an employee test positive recently for COVID-19 and closed temporarily while other employees safely quarantined.

Leaders at kidscommons now have reported that everyone is now healthy.

During the temporary closure, staff sanitized and deep cleaned the entire facility, according to Ben Wagner, executive director. The staff will continue to follow all local and federal health recommendations, including social distancing, masks, daily temperature checks for staff and guests, and frequent sanitizing of the museum and exhibits.

To limit contact upon entering kidscommons, online ticketing is now required for all members and guests. Purchase tickets at: kidscommons.org.
