A celebration of life for Norma Lucienne Taylor, 87, of Jeffersonville, Indiana, will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, October 28, 2020 at Scott Funeral Home, 2515 Veterans Pkwy in Jeffersonville. Cremation was chosen and Scott Funeral Home has been entrusted with her care. She passed away on Monday, October 19, 2020 at Clark Memorial Hospital.
Norma was born on August 25, 1933 in Portsmouth, Ohio, to the late Lucienne and Mildred Pendleton. She soon after moved to New Middletown, Indiana where she spent most of her childhood, eventually graduating from New
Middletown High School. In 1951 Norma married the love of her life, Arthur Taylor and they resided in Columbus, Indiana.
Along with her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her adopted son, Scott Taylor; and a sister, Molly Searce.
She is survived by her nephew, Mark Searce.
Memorial contributions in memory of Norma can be made to Asbury United Methodist Church, 1751 27th Street, Columbus, Indiana 47201. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
