Marian University’s Imani Guy has been selected as the Crossroads League Preseason Player of the Year for women’s basketball.
Guy, a 6-foot-4 senior from Columbus North, averaged 14.2 points, 7.7 rebounds and 1.6 blocks per game last season in earning second-team All-Crossroads League, NAIA honorable mention All-America and Crossroads League Newcomer of the Year honors.
The defending league champion Knights open their season Thursday at IU-Kokomo.
