Gail Marie Groenewold, 78, of Columbus, died at 4:58 p.m., Tuesday, November 24, 2020, at her home.
Gail was born October 6, 1942 in Valley Stream, New York, the daughter of Howard and Marie (Buteau) Turner. She married Mike Groenewold on July 11, 1946. He survives.
A private service will be held at a later date. Burial will be in Garland Brook Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association through the funeral home.
Survivors include her husband; sons, Christopher Michael Groenewold of Beverly Hills, CA, and Matthew Raymond (Melissa) Groenewold of Columbus, IN; brothers, Bruce (Margaret Graton) Turner of Camby, OR and Scott Turner of Oakland, CA; one grandchild, Levi Rafael Groenewold of Nashville, IN.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Services were entrusted to the Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home.
