Trinity tops Lanesville
LANESVILLE — Class A No. 1 Trinity Lutheran won a showdown of the state’s top two small schools Thursday night, beating Class A No. 2 Lanesville 71-64.
Bailey Tabeling led the Cougars (16-3) with 27 points. Sydney Jaynes scored 13, while Kailene Cockerham and Liza Froedge each added 10 and Emma Schepman had nine.
