Because of a Republic error, a Bartholomew County Board of Zoning Appeals vote was unclear Wednesday. Board member Eric Scheidt voted against denying a variance that would have allowed Aaron and Lena Oberholtzer of rural Hope to operate an in-home dog breeding business.
