A chamber choir from the Columbus Indiana Philharmonic Chorus and the Columbus Indiana Children’s Choir will be part of the local professional orchestra’s next virtual concert, “Fauré’s Requiem,” streaming at 1 p.m. April 12. The performance viewing, recorded without an audience at First Christian Church, will be free to season subscribers. Others may purchase a ticket beginning April 9 at thecip.org. Philharmonic artistic Director David Bowden calls the title work one that “literally creates an otherworldly aura that offers solace and consolation.”
