WEST LONG BRANCH, N.J. — Tommi Stowers connected on her first collegiate grand slam Sunday to help Monmouth to an 8-7 win against Canisius in the second game of a doubleheader.
Stowers, a senior from Columbus North, transferred to Monmouth last year after playing three years at Western Kentucky. She received a fifth year when last season was cut short because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
