INDIANAPOLIS — The Indiana Department of Health said 516 additional Hoosiers have been diagnosed with COVID-19 through testing at state and private laboratories. That brings to 678,416 the number of Indiana residents now known to have had the novel coronavirus following corrections to the previous day’s dashboard.
To date, 12,537 Hoosiers are confirmed to have died from COVID-19, an increase of one from the previous day. Another 410 probable deaths have been reported based on clinical diagnoses in patients for whom no positive test is on record.
A total of 3,218,401 unique individuals have been tested in Indiana, up from 3,215,271 on Sunday. A total of 8,662,932 tests, including repeat tests for unique individuals, have been reported to the state Department of Health since Feb. 26, 2020.
Bartholomew County reported 7,623 positive tests (up 14) with 150 deaths (no change) as of Monday.
Surrounding counties reported:
Jackson County: 4,726 positive cases (up five) with 67 deaths (no change).
Jennings County: 2,207 positive cases (up one) with 46 deaths (up one).
Decatur County: 2,741 positive cases (up one) with 92 deaths (no change).
Shelby County: 4,693 positive cases (up two) with 93 deaths (no change).
Johnson County: 16,812 positive cases (up 20) with 368 deaths (no change).
Brown County: 963 positive cases (no change) with 40 deaths (no change).

Hoosiers age 40 and older, along with healthcare workers, long-term care residents, first responders who are regularly called to the scene of an emergency to render medical assistance, and educators and school support staff through grade 12 are now eligible to receive a COVID-19 vaccine.
To schedule a vaccine, visit https://ourshot.in.gov or call 211 if you do not have access to a computer or require assistance.
As of Monday, a total of 2,396,832 doses have been administered in Indiana. This includes 1,442,254 first doses and 954,578 individuals who are fully vaccinated. The fully vaccinated number represents individuals who have received a second dose of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines and those who received the single Johnson & Johnson vaccine.

The testing site in Columbus is located in FairOaks Mall at the former JC Penney location.
The Bartholomew Health Department and Windrose Health Network is also offering free COVID-19 testing.

Testing will be available to all members of the public regardless of symptoms. Children as young as 2 years of age can be tested with parental consent.
