• President Joe Biden for showing compassion and attempting to restore the soul of our country.

• my neighbor for plowing the garden last week, it’s greatly appreciated, from Lois Olmstead.

• Jim Romine for all you did for us Tuesday, it was greatly appreciated, from Lois and Brenda.

• Christy Walker, Nate Walker, and Benet Linney for teaching me so much about life, from Nicholas Linney.

• Dream Team Landscaping for making our yard look great at a very reasonable rate, from a very satisfied customer.

• the person who approved the 3-way stop at Rocky Ford and River Road with no enforcement.

• local officials who have chosen to not require restaurant employees to wear a mask.

• people who lie constantly.

• those who want the radical policy of defunding the police, and who think we are all racists.

• those who don’t realize you can’t mandate or govern away hate.

• those who don’t realize major corporations are not aligning themselves with the the political party, but rather with democracy.

• people who don’t obey traffic laws or any others for that matter.

• the cable program that advocates an absurd “replacement theory” which is only another racist rant against non-white groups.

• raising our taxes for schools and water rate hikes when we’re receiving millions in federal (taxpayer) money for projects.

• the political party trying to steal power by packing the court and would be outraged if the other party had tried this.

• the rude lady who told me I couldn’t come into the food pantry yet.

• the political party doing everything they can to restrict and limit access to ballots.

• the political party doubling down on a failed and losing agenda.

• the retired minister who is away more than he is in during his last two or three months.

• the community members who wouldn’t support the local hometown grocery store when we did have it.

• the person(s) not disclosing the real reason mobile homes are parked at the Bartholomew County Fairgrounds.

• those who continually complain about the previous administration.
