Belmont’s Eric Stiles has been named to the men’s soccer SoCon All-Freshman Team.
The Columbus East graduate has started all 11 games on defense for the 7-2-2 Bruins. No. 4-seed Belmont upset top-seed Furman 3-1 last week to advance to the conference tournament title game.
The Bruins will play for the SoCon championship at 5 p.m. today at No. 2-seed UNC-Greensboro. The game will be televised on ESPN+.
