WASHINGTON — Rep. Greg Pence, R-Indiana, signed on as an original co-sponsor to the Biodiesel Tax Credit Extension Act of 2021, legislation that seeks to incentivize biodiesel innovation. If enacted, this bill would extend the biodiesel tax credit for an additional three years to provide Hoosier producers and farmers with certainty through 2025.
The Biodiesel Tax Credit was established in 2005 – and remained active through 2013. In December 2019, Pence supported legislation that extended the program through 2022.
