EDINBURGH — Centra Credit Union had a ceremonial groundbreaking for its new Edinburgh branch May 18. The new branch is being constructed one mile north of the current Edinburgh location on U.S. 31.
Edinburgh Branch Sales Manager Amber Foster, Centra Chief Sales Officer Chris Bottorff and other Centra leaders were joined by representatives from NewGround and The Koetter Group as well as Edinburgh council members and department heads. The building is being designed by NewGround, an architect who specializes in design of financial institutions and built by Koetter Group.
The new building will be about 28,000-square-feet with four offices, two teller pods for four tellers, a waiting area and other back office spaces. The drive-thru will have three lanes with interactive teller machines. The project is expected to be completed near the end of this year.
