Central boys track completes undefeated season

The Central Middle School boys track and field team recently completed an undefeated varsity and seventh-grade season.

The Chagers won the Greensburg Invitational and were seventh-grade Tri-County Champs. They broke two seventh-grade track records and set 256 personal records during the season.

Owen Russell, who scored 117 points, was the eighth-grade MVP, and Nathan Sparks, who scored 119.75, was the seventh-grade MVP. Braxton Albright was named eighth-grade Most Improved, and Morgan Knapp was selected seventh-grade Most Improved. Jose Ramirez, who scored in seven different events, won the All-Events Award, and Mason Acton earned the most ribbons with 32.
