City men’s, women’s golf tournaments scheduled
The city men’s golf tournament will begin at 8 a.m. July 17 at Greenbelt and noon July 18 at Otter Creek, and the city women’s tournament will be Aug. 21 at Greenbelt and Aug. 22 at Otter Creek.

North girls holding free Youth Soccer Skills Camp
The Columbus North girls soccer team is holding a free Youth Soccer Skills Camp. The camp continues from 7 to 8 p.m. Wednesday and will conclude July 14 at the new BCSC Soccer Complex for girls ages 7 to 13.
Each session will focus on individual skill development through small-sided activities. Players will be coached by current and past North players.

‘Fun tennis clinics,’ tryouts scheduled for August
Boys entering seventh or eighth grade at Northside or St. Bartholomew schools interested in playing on the fall tennis team can attend “Fun Tennis Clinics” from 4:45 to 6 p.m. Aug. 2 and 3 at the Lincoln Park tennis courts, although it is not required for those wanting to try out.
Tryouts for the team will be from 4:45 to 6 p.m. Aug. 6. 9 and 10. Players will need to attend all three evenings of tryouts and bring a racquet and water bottle. The IHSAA physical form must be turned in by Aug. 6.
