JoAnn McBride, loving wife and mother of 8 children gained her wings on January 23, 2022 at 60 years old.
Joann loved spending time or thinking about her 26 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. JoAnn knew no stranger and when she wasn’t spending time with family, she loved making new friends, bingo, casinos and rock painting. She was a member of the Columbus Indiana Rocks. And last but not least she loved the lord and had a strong faith.
A funeral service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 1, 2022 at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home and visitation will be from 4:00 until service time. Pastor Chris Rutan will be officiating. Burial will be later in Garland Brook Cemetery.
Joann is survived by her husband, Charles E McBride; Her Children Charles (Hope) McBride, Tabatha (John) Locke, Debra (Chad) McBride, Kyle (Amanda) McBride, Joseph (Lutecia) McBride, Trent (Samaiya) McBride, Jesse (Hanna) McBride and Michelle (Micheal) Garnett; her brother Johnny (Denise) Brown and her sister Sandra Blair.
Joann is preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Ruby Brown; her in-laws Glen and Grace McBride; her brother, Billy Brown, her sisters, Martha Watkins and Betty Lou Lankey, her great grandson, Grayson Malanoski, and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
