INDIANAPOLIS
Bruce Daniel Kramer, 53, of Indianapolis passed from this life, Friday, February 18, 2022, at his home.
Bruce was born April 3, 1969, in Chicago, the son of Daniel and Donna Clark Kramer.
He graduated from Eastern Hancock High School in 1987 and had a successful career in construction with his father. He continued on to receive his pilot’s license along with licenses for insurance adjusting, home and radon inspection.
Bruce lived an adventurous life. He traveled around the world, often base jumping along the way. He was part of the elite BASE jumping community and proudly held the BASE 509 number.
Survivors include his parents; son, Lucas Kramer of Greenfield; sister, Tara (Darrell) James of Columbus; brothers, Scot (Kay) Glomb of Illinois and Daniel (Michelle) Glomb of Minnesota and a step-daughter, Josie Baldwin of Greenfield.
A celebration of life service will be held at 5:00 p.m. Saturday at Barkes, Weaver &Glick Funeral Home on Washington Street.
Family and friends may call from 3:00 p.m. to time of service Saturday at the funeral home.
In keeping with Bruce’s wishes, cremation is planned.
A private graveside service will be held at a later date at Mt. Zion Cemetery in Brown County.
