Tami K. Galloway

COLUMBUS

Tami K. Galloway, 65, of Columbus passed away Thursday February 24, 2022, at Our Hospice of South Central Indiana Inpatient Facility.

Tami was born at Ft, Benjamin, San Juan, Puerto Rico September 24, 1956, the daughter of Alfred and Daisy Roberts Hendrickson. She married William E. Galloway June 24, 1995 in Lawrence, Indiana.

She was a registered ER nurse at St Francis Hospital. She graduated from Southport High School and received her nursing training at the University of Indianapolis.

She was an avid and accomplished quilter; making and donating quilts to charities such as Quilts of Valor. She was very interested in the Wounded Warrior Charity.

Tami is survived by her husband, William E. Galloway of Columbus; children, Scott Levi Riley of Wannamaker, IN, Addie Michele (Mark) Hevingham of Birmingham, England, William R. (Jennifer) Galloway of Kingsport, TN, Jeffrey L. (Rachel) Galloway of Jacksonville, NC and Joshua A. Riley of Indianapolis, IN; sisters, Sharon Hill of Nebraska and Toni Hendrickson of TN; 5 grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her, parents; brother, James Michael Hendrickson.

A Celebration of Life will be conducted Saturday, March 5, 2022, at 10:30 a.m. at Myers~Reed Chapel on 25th Street with Rev Alan J. White officiating. The family will receive friends from 9:30 a.m.to service time Saturday.
