COLUMBUS, Ind. — Columbus native and three-time NASCAR Cup Series champion Tony Stewart is selling his Hidden Hollow Ranch in Bartholomew County for $30 million, which will make it among the most expensive real estate listings in the state.

The main property located at 10285 W. Youth Camp Road is nearly 20,000 square feet with an indoor 8,700 freshwater gallon aquarium and also includes a guest home that is 3,576 square feet. The property also includes six bedrooms, eight full baths, and three half baths.
Built in 2011, the 415-acre property also has a nine-acre stocked lake, an in-home gym, a game area, a bowling alley, and a golf simulator. Additionally, the property is zoned as a hunting preserve and as a bed and breakfast.
Carmel-based agent Carrie Holle of the Carrie Holle Group has the exclusive listing on the property.
