COLUMBUS
Robert N. Lowell, 79, of Columbus passed from this life on Tuesday, September 13, 2022, at 10:31 p.m. at Our Hospice of South Central Indiana Inpatient Facility.
Mr. Lowell was born on May 16, 1943, in Griffin, Indiana the son of Leonard and Emily Conduris Lowell. He retired from Cummins Engine Company after 35 years of service, upon retirement he enjoyed watching the news.
Survivors include his wife, Naomi M. Allen Lowell of Columbus; children, Christian (Paula) Lowell of Cumberland, Indiana and Timothy Lowell of Brown County; step-children, Alisha (Jimmy) Villarreal, Kristopher Lobdell, Kimberly (Eddie Davis) Lobdell, Nickolas (Baleigh) Lobdell; 12 grandchildren; and his caregiver and best friend, Carson Allen.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
In keeping with Mr. Lowell’s wishes cremation will take place and there are no services planned at this time.
Services have been entrusted to Barkes, Weaver &Glick Funeral Home.
