Doris Ann Vetter, 93, of Fishers, formerly of Columbus, Indiana, passed away on Sunday, March 12, 2023 at Community Hospital North in Indianapolis. She was born on December 28, 1929 to Sylvester and Susie (Simpson) Kreinbrink in Louisville, Kentucky.

Doris worked with her husband in their business, Vetter’s Magnavox in Columbus. She was a member of Zonta International and Epsilon Sigma Alpha Sorority. Doris enjoyed reading and spending time at the pool with family and friends. She was active in the Bartholomew County Senior Center and collected angel figurines. Most of all, she loved her family and enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Doris is survived by her children, Jeanette Gumbel, Donna Boeshe, Frank (Susan) Vetter III, and Pam (Karl) Friedline, brother, Don (JoAnn) Kreinbrink; 11 grandchildren, Mathew, Megan, Jenny (Rik), Jason (Laura), Christina, Laura (Larry), Brian, David (Courtney), Scott (Melissa), Heather (Mike), and Sara (John); 14 great-grandchildren, Kayla, Alyssa, Alyssa, Grayson, Brittney, Joe, Coleman, Lucy, Jake, Tyler, Caleb, James, Mia, and Layla; 2 great-great-grandchildren, Avery and Milo; and her son-in-law, Jim (JoAnna) Gatten.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Vetter Jr.; daughter, Sandy Gatten; sister, Shirley Graff; great-grandson, Zackary; and sons-in-law, Tom Gumbel and Ralph Boesche.

Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm, with services at 5:00 pm, on Friday, March 17, 2023 at Randall &Roberts Fishers Mortuary, 12010 Allisonville Road, in Fishers. Rev. Stanley R. Sutton will officiate. Burial will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, March 18, 2023 at Garland Brook Cemetery in Columbus, Indiana.
