COLUMBUS
Patti was born November 10, 1935 in Hamilton, Ohio the daughter of Robert and Lucy Fowler Lewis.
She was a 50 year member of North Vernon Chapter Order of Eastern Star.
In 1938 the family moved to Indiana and settled in Jefferson Twp. in Decatur County. Patti moved to Columbus in 1965 with her four children. In June 1970 she married Bill Voelz who joined her in raising her children; Robert Ray (Susie) Hooten of Franklin, Wade (Valerie) Hooten of Columbus, Letty (Sam) Greer of Speedway and Cathryn Boilanger of Hanover; one step-son; 6 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; 4 step-grandchildren; 4 step great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, William E. Voelz in March 2002; 1 infant son , Howard Hooten; brothers Howard and Harold Lewis; 2 step-sons; 1 step-daughter in-law; 1 great granddaughter; 1 step grandson; 1 step-granddaughter.
In keeping to Patti’s wishes there will be no funeral services. She will be buried next to her husband in Garland Brook Cemetery. Condolences for the family may be left at www.myers-reed.com.
