SURPRISE, AZ
Marilyn Sue Anderson of Surprise, Arizona went to be with the Lord December 15, 2022. Marilyn was born July 10, 1954 in Columbus to Arthur and Maye Moore Artist.
Marilyn graduated from Brown County High School in Nashville, IN in 1972. She worked for Arvin Industries in Columbus for several years.
She married Gerald Anderson August 20, 1977 he survives. Other survivors include brother Marvin (Pam) Artist, of Columbus; sister Lou Ann Butler of Nashville, IN; Nephews Larry (Stacy) Webber of Nashville and Doug (Bianca) Webber of Columbus and niece Michelle (Tom) Thomson of Carmel.
Keeping with Marilyn wishes cremation and burial at New Bellsville Cemetery in Brown County. A family memorial will be held on July 9, 2023 at 1:00pm at the home of her sister Lou Ann Butler on Bellsville Pike.
Proceeded in death by parents Arthur and Maye Artist, brother Gary Artist and brother-in-law James Butler.
Due to health Marilyn moved to Arizona and worked for the Post Office in Wickenburg, AZ and was a certified Pharmacy Tech for several drug stores in the Sun City, AZ area.
Memorials may be made to the New Bellsville Cemetery or the Humane Society.
