The Columbus Bicycle Co-op announced that they will have a kids bike safety course and maintenance class for all ages on Saturday, Aug. 5 at the Columbus Propeller. The class will include a bicycle rodeo, instruction from a League of American Bicyclists certified trainer, snacks and a goody bag to take home.
Shop Manager Matteo Auteri will teach the Basic Bicycle Maintenance class, which will focus on identifying basic bicycle repair needs and how to fix them.
To register for the kids safety class or the bicycle maintenance class, visit www.bikeco-op.com or stop by the Co-op to pick up an application. Classes are limited to 20 participants, but a second session may be opened depending on interest.
