Columbus residents and their dogs are invited to attend the first annual Nala Palooza, a festival fundraiser to support the Nala Fund. The event is scheduled for 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Oct. 21 at Mill Race Park.
Founded in 2020 by Angie May, the Nala Fund aims to provide financial assistance to pet owners who are unable to pay for their pet’s medical expenses.
The festival will include more than 15 vendors, as well as a poker run, dog demonstrations from Guardian K-9, free dog microchipping and more. Prizes will include passes for Holiday World, Urban Air, Rascal’s Fun Zone and more.
