The Bartholomew County Highway Department will close Tinkey Road, also known as County Road 400N, between U.S. 31 and River Road beginning Thursday at 8 a.m. with plans to reopen at 5 p.m. Friday. Bridge maintenance work is being performed. The highway department advises motorists to avoid the area as the gates will be locked.
