Robert “Robdog” Lee, 57, of Columbus, passed away October 6, 2023, at Columbus Regional Hospital.
Rob was born on April 17, 1966, in Columbus. He enjoyed fishing, playing guitar, and listening to music.
Rob is survived by his mother Wilma D. (David) Leonard of Columbus; his siblings Mark (Cheri) Summers of Temple, Texas, and Tina (Travis) Summers-Smith of Columbus; uncles Jerry (Toni) Lee, and Frank Lee all of Columbus, Paul (Charlotte) Lee of Tennessee; several nieces, nephews, and good friends; as well as his cat Charlie.
He was preceded in death by his step-father Bob Summers; a sister Patricia Engleking Runge; an aunt Glenda DeLaney; as well as uncles Jessie, Delbert, Tommy, Chuck, and Don Lee.
The funeral will be at 10:00 a.m. Friday, October 13, 2023, at the Jewell – Rittman Family Funeral Home with Pastor Jessie Stephens officiating. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Thursday, October 12, 2023, at the funeral home and one hour prior to the service on Friday. He will be laid to rest at Garland Brook Cemetery.
