The Columbus Star and Evening Star Quilters 19th Biennial Quilt Show “A Gathering of Quilts” will be today and Sunday at Foundation For Youth, 405 Hope Ave. in Columbus. Admission is $5 for ages 12 and up. There will be a display of more than 100 quilts, including ones from the Bartholomew County Historical Society, and one made by youngsters from Foundation For Youth.
There also will be vendors, a handmade boutique, demonstrations, and an applique class on Saturday.
Saturday hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Sunday hours are 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
As an added attraction, there will be silent auctions of an Indiana University quilt and a Purdue University quilt, along with other items.
