COLUMBUS
Patrick Palmer, 45, of Columbus, Indiana, passed away at St. Vincent Hospital on Friday, December 15, 2023. He was born on April 9, 1978, to Marshal Palmer and Patti Garrity Palmer in Columbus, Indiana.
After receiving his GED, Patrick worked with his cousin at The Royal Group in Seymour, Indiana, and Boundary Solutions LLC. Outside of work he enjoyed fishing, kayaking, drawing, playing basketball, taking walks while listening to music, and spending time with his family. He enjoyed keeping busy in his free time.
He is survived by his parents, Marshal, and Patti Palmer, of Columbus; siblings, Marshall (Nicole) Palmer Jr, Christopher (Cassie) Carmer, and Samantha (Braiden) Palmer, all of Columbus; his fiancé, Christy Walker, of Columbus; and several cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
Patrick is preceded in death by his grandparents, Nelene and Marshall Palmer, and Ellen and Robert Garrity; one brother, Robert Garrity; and one sister, Patricia Palmer.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 20, 2023, at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home.
