One week remains to register for the 2024 Moonlight Loop Night bike ride.
Proceeds from this year’s event go to Friends PetFix – which provides low-cost spay/neuter services for pets in the Columbus community. The Moonlight Loop is a leisurely 19-mile, police-escorted bike ride through Columbus at 9 p.m. June 22. The ride will start and finish at the Bartholomew County Public Library Plaza.
Registration is $35 per rider, (the price goes up to $40 the day of the event).
To register for the ride or see a map of the route – go to the CACS website: www.columbus.in.gov/animal-care-services.
Participants are encouraged to decorate their bikes and themselves with lights, glow sticks, glow-in-the-dark paint to compete in a “Light Up the Night” contest. Prizes will be awarded.
Volunteers are also needed to assist with the event. If interested, email: moonlightloop@columbus.in.gov.
