Marc Rothbart of Columbus was chosen as the first president of Inspire Health Partners, a collaboration between Columbus Regional Health and Schneck Medical Center. Rothbart was the former senior vice president of SIHO Insurance Services.

Community Prayer Day was celebrated at the Cereland amphitheater by members of Faith, Hope and Love Church of God in Christ, God’s House Baptist Church and Second Baptist Church. Debbie Combs of Second Baptist Church lead the choir, which sang to the packed amphitheater audience.

Columbus residents Dr. Dorothy Teal and Dr. Edwin Libbert were cited by the Indiana State Medical Association as 50-year graduates of the Indiana University School of Medicine. Drs. Teal and Libbert were among 31 Hoosier doctors who received a gold pin at the IMA’s 125th annual convention.
