The Historic Downtown Neighborhood Alliance will meet at 6 p.m. Wednesday to hear a presentation by Sarah and Bob Schwartkopf about the former church building at 428 Eighth St. The Schwartzkopfs are converting it to a private residence.
The presentation will include a short history of the building as well as the remodeling plans and current progress. Refreshments will follow the presentation. The meeting will be in the Laws Room at the First Presbyterian Church, 512 Seventh St. Enter at Door 2 on Seventh Street.
