Mill Race Theater Co.’s winter musical, “Rock of Ages” will have auditions from 6 to 8 p.m. Dec. 16 and Dec. 17 at Columbus East High School Room C110.
Show dates will be Feb. 28 through March 2 with rehearsals beginning Jan. 6.
Director will be Julie Hult with Book by Chris D’Arienzo and arrangements and orchestrations by Etan Popp.
Those auditioning should enter by the “S” door off Marr Road. They should also prepare 32 bars of music and bring digital accompaniment, dressing comfortably to dance.
The director is looking for a diverse case of all ability levels, age 18 and older.
Organizers caution that “Rock of Ages” is rated R for sexual content, suggestive dancing, drinking and drug use and language that are part of this script.
