Mark and Linda Pillar
Mark and Linda Pillar of Columbus are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary with a family party at the site of their wedding reception.
Mr. Pillar and the former Linda Hunteman were married on Dec. 7, 1974, by the Rev. P. Berry Hunteman at Saint Mark’s Lutheran Church in Uniondale.
Mr. Pillar is retired from Delta Airlines and the U.S. Air Force, where he was a Major General.
Mrs. Pillar is a retired educator.
The couple have two children, Matthew (Magen) Pillar and Lacey (Matt) Gobert, and three grandchildren.
