College sports notebook: Stahl nets another double-double for Sycamores

Saige Stahl recorded a double-double with 17 points and 14 rebounds in 33 minutes Sunday in Indiana State’s 73-57 loss to Missouri State.

Stahl, a sophomore from Columbus East, also had four points and seven rebounds in 19 minutes for the Sycamores (3-14) in Thursday’s 63-58 loss to Southern Illinois.

Murphy, Tigers split games

Daniel Murphy recorded 13 points, eight rebounds, nine assists and two steals in 37 minutes for Olivet Nazarene in Wednesday’s 107-103 win over Calumet.

Murphy, a junior from Columbus East, also had three points, eight rebounds and four assists in 24 minutes for the Tigers (7-11) in Saturday’s 79-72 loss to St. Xavier.

Greiwe, Wildcats remain perfect

Koryn Greiwe finished with six points and three rebounds in 15 minutes for Indiana Wesleyan in Wednesday’s 93-57 win over Goshen.

Greiwe, a redshirt sophomore from Columbus East, also had three points in 12 minutes for the Wildcats (19-0) in Saturday’s 77-69 win over Marian.

Barker, Army net two wins

Blake Barker finished with three points and three rebounds in 22 minutes Wednesday’s to help Army to a 70-68 win over Lafayette.

Barker, a senior from Columbus North, also had five points in eight minutes for the Black Knights (10-8) in Saturday’s 68-62 over Boston.

Lawson, Greyhounds split games

Kylah Lawson netted six points and five rebounds in 23 minutes for University of Indianapolis in Thursday’s 63-60 win over Rockhurst.

Lawson, a junior from Columbus North, also had five points, seven rebounds and three blocks in 18 minutes for the Greyhounds (4-13) in Saturday’s 58-46 loss to William Jewell.

Schiavello contributes in losses

Nick Schiavello recorded nine points in 17 minutes for Case Western Reserve in Friday’s 104-64 loss to Washington University-St. Louis.

Ferguson scores five in victory

Ty Ferguson finished with five points in 19 minutes for Wheaton in Wednesday’s 82-75 win over Augustana.
