A new body of work by Kimberly Rose Free titled “Free Inside,” will be featured at Stillframes Art in Focus Gallery in Columbus, IN along with artists Robert Pulley, Robert Anderson, Bobbi K Owens, Laurie Wright, Linda Petersen, and Cheryl Gregg.

Paintings and drawings of the artist’s inner and outer life, combine views of her neighborhood with symbolic imagery and conceptual inventiveness. Large landscapes on found supports such as window blinds feature images using graphite, lace printing, charcoal and ink.

Ms. Free also presents her first published art book: “Psyche Relics: An Exhibition Journal.” This newly published coffee table-style book will be available, documenting her 2024 solo exhibit at Gallery 411 in Columbus, IN. Released by PathBinder Publishing, books can be purchased at online book retailers and at Stillframes. In collaboration with Mental Health Matters Bartholomew County and Columbus Area Arts Council.
