SEYMOUR — R.R. Donnelley has announced that it will close its Seymour location this spring, resulting in the layoff of 96 workers.
The Chicago-based company plans to close its location at Freeman Field Industrial Park in May, according to a notice filed last week with the Indiana Department of Workforce Development.
While the notice does not specify the reasons for the closure, it states that the company expects the closure to be permanent. The company’s corporate office did not respond to requests for comment. Voicemails left with the Seymour office were not returned.
