JEFFERSONVILLE — Jennings County picked up a win at No. 3 singles Thursday, but Jeffersonville took the other four to post a 4-1 girls tennis victory.
Grace McBride beat Jocolyn Olson 7-5, 6-1 at No. 3 singles for the Panthers (5-1).
Jennings’ Kaydence Lowman fell to Eva Ellis 6-4, 6-3 at No. 1 doubles, and Mia Silvey lost to Abi Lemon 6-0, 6-1 at No. 1 doubles. Gabi Morin and Sophia Lucas fell to Abby Leep and Claire Stock 6-1, 6-0 at No. 1 doubles, and Maddie McIntosh and Karmindy Lowman lost to Kaylee Boyles and Elizabeth Sheerer 6-4, 6-4 at No. 2 doubles.
