GREENWOOD — Lauren Degner pulled out a third-set supertiebreaker at No. 1 singles Thursday, but Greenwood took the other four matches to hand the Olympians a 4-1 girls tennis defeat.
Degner won 3-6, 6-3, (10-4) at No. 1 singles for the Olympians (1-10).
East’s Bruna Carreira fell 6-2, 6-2 at No. 2 singles, and Lilli Smith lost 6-0, 6-0 at No. 3 singles. Saya Hauser and Zoe White fell 6-1, 6-1 at No. 1 doubles, and Stefani Christopher and Luci Morales lost 6-0, 6-0 at No. 2 doubles.
