JOHNSON COUNTY – The Indiana Department of Transportation announces upcoming flagging operations on State Road 252 between North Walnut Street and Holland Street in Edinburgh.
On or after Wednesday, CenterPoint Energy will conduct flagging operations on State Road 252 to complete utility installation work. Motorists can expect up to 15 minute delays on State Road 252 while utility installation work is in progress.
Flagging operations will begin at approximately 7 a.m. and are expected to take up to one day, weather permitting. Flagging operations will resume as normal on State Road 252 following utility installation work. Initial information can be found here.
This work is part of a $15.4 million contract awarded to E&B in September 2024. INDOT reminds drivers to slow down, use extra caution, and avoid distractions when traveling in and near work zones. All work is weather-dependent and schedules are subject to change.
