FLOYDS KNOBS — Drew Rotert threw a two-hitter, but Floyd Central plated a pair of unearned runs in the sixth Thursday to claim a 2-0 win in the consolation round of the Hoosier Hills Conference baseball tournament.
Five different players had one hit for the Olympians (7-15), including doubles from Logan Warren and Bige Asher.
East will host Jennings County, which fell to Floyd Central 3-1 Wednesday, for sixth place in the tournament Friday.
