COLUMBUS, Ind. — The National Weather Service has issued a tornado warning for Bartholomew, Brown and Shelby counties until 8:15 p.m. A storm capable of producing a tornado is moving through Brown County at 50 mph heading toward Columbus, according to the weather service.
