MORRISTOWN — Morristown scored nine runs in the first inning Thursday and held on for a 9-6 Mid-Hoosier Conference softball win against Hauser.
Lexie Hamilton went 2 for 3 for the Jets (12-6, 11-1).
Hauser already had clinched the MHC title, and South Decatur is forfeiting Saturday’s scheduled makeup game against the Jets.
