Aviation Day 2025 — 8 a.m. to noon, Columbus Municipal Airport, 4770 Ray Boll Blvd., Columbus. The Yesterday and Tomorrow Car Show will be from 8 a.m. to noon, along with multiple aircraft rides. Free admission.
I Am Me Jamboree — 9 a.m., Fourth and Franklin streets, Columbus. This is a 0.5K and 5K walk, run, roll event open to everyone. People that need assistive devices (canes, walkers, crutches, scooters, wheelchairs, etc.) may participate in the event. Registration starts at 8:30 a.m. and ends at 9 a.m. Proceeds will benefit REACH Columbus. Cost is $40 for ages 18-and-up and $25 for ages 3 to 17. Children 2-and-under can participate for free. American Sewing Guild — 9 to 11 a.m., location varies. This neighborhood group welcomes sewing enthusiasts of all skill levels, meets monthly to learn new sewing skills, network with others who share an interest in sewing and participate in community sewing projects. “Attractive Oddities” Opening Reception — 2 to 4 p.m., Perceptions Yoga, Mindfulness & Art, 139 E. U.S. 3, Vernon. This art exhibition features work from artist Henry (Hank) F. Moonlight Loop Night Bike Ride — POSTPONED UNTIL JULY 12, 9 p.m., Bartholomew County Public Library Plaza, 536 Fifth St., Columbus. Will benefit Columbus Animal Care Services’ PetFix program for local low-cost spay/neuter clinics. The leisurely 19-mile evening bike ride through Columbus will start and finish at the Bartholomew County Library Plaza, with a stop mid-way at the Columbus Learning Center, passing several architectural gems along the way.
