The River — 3:30 to 5 p.m., The Commons, 300 Washington St., Columbus. Join the Columbus Symphony Orchestra on a musical journey down rivers near and far, from the Mississippi to the Danube. Music will include “Father of Waters” and “Clarinet Concerto” by Rick Sowash, “Two Pieces for Small Orchestra” by Frederick Delius and “By the Beautiful Blue Danube, Op. 314” by Johann Strauss Jr. Tickets are $15 for adults and $10 for seniors and students.
