USDA Summer Food Service Program — noon to 1 p.m., Bartholomew County Public Library, 536 Fifth St., Columbus. Bartholomew County School Corp. will once again be partnering with the library to provide summer lunch services.
BCPL Express — 2:45 p.m., Pence Street Park, 443 Pence St., Columbus. BCPL Express is a mobile free book program from the Bartholomew County Public Library.
Red, White and Blue Market and Picnic — 5 to 9:30 p.m., Elks Lodge, 4664 Ray Boll Blvd., Columbus. Hosted by Elks Lodge #521, the event will include vendors, artisan booths and a picnic, with live music from the Albino Catfish Band at 9:30 p.m. The lodge will open at 2 p.m.
QMIX Musical Fireworks — 6 p.m., Columbus AirPark, 4444 Kelly St., Columbus. Bring blankets, lawn chairs and a portable radio tuned to QMIX 107.3 for the full musical experience. Food trucks will be present. Fireworks begin at 10 p.m.
