EDINBURGH — Water rescue training is happening this week at Driftwood Lake and Irwin Park in Edinburgh.
Edinburgh Fire and Rescue and the Edinburgh Police Department are holding joint water rescue training with several agencies at Driftwood State Fishing Area on Wednesday and Irwin Park on Thursday and Friday.
The department invited the public to come see the training in action. People are welcome to say hello, ask questions and watch the training, according to the department’s Facebook post.
