Cheese sauce at the wait station was measured at 116° Fahrenheit. The handwashing sink in the restroom has been removed from the wall. The handwashing sink must be replaced and properly functioning by July 10, 2025.

At the time of inspection, the waffle batter was measured at 57° Fahrenheit and the sausage links were measured at 110° Fahrenheit. Dishes and utensils must be sanitized immediately after being washed and rinsed.

There must be at least one employee on staff who is certified in proper food and sanitation practices. This is accomplished by passing an exam administered by an accredited program required by 16 16-82-5.2. There must be a chemical test kit to insure a proper concentration of sanitizing agent is used. There is no sanitizing agent available in the kitchen. Dishes are to be washed in water that is at least 110° Fahrenheit; the maximum water temperature reached at the time of inspection was 96° Fahrenheit. Hot water generation and distribution systems must be sufficient to meet the hot water demand. This is not occurring, as evidenced by the hot water measuring at 96° Fahrenheit at the time of inspection. Handwashing sinks are to be kept easily accessible and be used for no other purpose but handwashing. Scrub brushes were stored in the handwashing sink in the kitchen. No soap was found at the front line handwashing sink.
