SHELBYVILLE — Columbus North bounced back from a first-set defeat Thursday to rally for a 23-25, 25-15, 25-15, 25-10 win at Shelbyville.
Karen Dutro recorded 15 kills and one solo and four assist blocks, and Morgan Osborn notched 11 digs and five aces to lead the Bull Dogs (2-0). Lexi Denny tallied 41 assists.
Also for North, Elaina Penrod tallied 11 kills and one solo and one assist block, and Tania Maldonado and Sydney Ousley each pounded nine kills. Kaitlyn Olivo had three block assists, Denny added five digs and two aces, Ada David had four digs and two aces and Kyndal Wheeler served four aces.
