What you need to know about tonight’s Our Hospice concert

The 39th annual Our Hospice Concert is at 6 p.m. tonight, with doors opening at 4:30 p.m. at the Circle K Fieldhouse at NexusPark.

Here is what you need to know if you are planning to attend the concert tonight.

How to get tickets

Tickets for the Our Hospice Concert are $10 in advance, $15 at the door, with children age 5 and younger admitted free. All individuals, including children, must have a ticket to enter. For tickets and additional information, visit ourhospice.org/concert.

Featured entertainment

The Our Hospice Concert opener is Captain Fantastic, an Elton John Tribute Show, performing Elton John hits from the ’70s, followed by it’s “Still Rock-n-roll” with 52nd Street performing the biggest hits from Billy Joel. That will be followed by The Eagles Project, performing hits from the legendary band.

Planning ahead

Seating for this concert is “bring your own chairs and blankets.” There will be a bag search for those entering the Circle K Fieldhouse venue and clear bags are recommended. No firearms, edged or chemical weapons of any kind will be allowed. Tents, canopies or large umbrellas are not allowed. No smoking is allowed inside the fieldhouse. No pets are allowed other than service animals.

Parking

Parking is free in the lot surrounding NexusPark. Please be aware that other lots nearby are private property and contain warning signage that event parking for NexusPark is prohibited.

Food vendors

This year’s concert will feature the following food vendors: Erica’s Deli, Lucas Brothers, Mother Bear’s Pizza and the Yellow Rose Texas BBQ company. No outside food or drink is allowed inside the event venue with the exception of medical needs.

The $10,000 raffle

Our Hospice’s annual $10,000 raffle is selling tickets at $10 each. The drawing will be held at the Our Hospice concert and you do not have to be present to win. Concert T-shirts are also available for $20. For more information, visit ourhospice.org/concert.
